Boba On The Go is our way of making boba tea portable and accessible. We spent three months turning an empty sprinter van into a miniature version of our store, where we can take orders and make drinks from anywhere. The whole van is solar powered and runs on a lithium -ion battery. This eliminates pollution, as well as loud noises that most generators on other food trucks produce.

We built Boba On The Go because we didn’t want transportation or lack of visibility to be the reason someone doesn’t get to experience the joy of boba tea. When we park the truck on the University of Alabama campus, students who use walking as their primary form of transportation can get to us easily between classes. At events, we’re able to showcase our delicious products to people who might not otherwise come into our store.

From there, we can either pre-make batches of the drinks of your choice, or we can make the drinks on the spot based on Boba on the Go’s menu.

Due to space limitations, we typically opt to carry oolong tea for our fruit drinks rather than green tea, and we have only a select amount of fruit syrups available. We also cannot operate a blender on the truck, so blended drinks are not available. However, this gives you a chance to try some drinks you might not have otherwise tried!

We like to keep our prices as low as possible, and accepting such forms of payment would require an increase in our prices per drink. Therefore, as of right now, we only accept Cash, Credit, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and CashApp.
